Let me start with I was super skeptical about renting because of the reviews. I’m not sure about everyone else but PEGGY was amazing ! This was my first year renting in Washington (I flew in from Hawaii) She made the experience so much easier than I thought. She also kept me up to date with everything during the beginning process. I also had no problem getting work orders done. I’d email her and she’d have them there within the week to get it done. Maybe even the next day ! I also just moved out, only because we needed a bigger space & guess what ?! She also made that super easy ! The last walk through together went great. Where do I start! If my first management company wasn't a poop storm Targa can almost top them. My toilet went broken for a month and Karla knew this but carpet in the stairs was more important! The math isn't matching 16 apt and I ky 15 parking spots and some have 2 vehicles and you wonder why you have hostel old tenants when plainly you see whe have numbered parkering. And not but least you refuse to honor renters insurance on new leases or that people do pay someone else to help fix their credit so they give their 30 day notice and we'll you are pissy and are made to do a walk threw but then lie and say I dont have to sign anything, jokes on you I have pictures and I guess it was only that $35 fee to clean my carpets. Targa is a terrible company. Peggy Kellogg specifically is a gaslighting liar. They know nothing about the properties they “manage” and will treat people horribly. They never respond to service emails, so you never know if they’ve fixed an issue or not. They raise rent without doing any upgrades to the property. It’s like they enjoy messing with our safety and security. These are our homes. We live here. You’re messing with our lives. Jerks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. (if you do, document EVERYTHING.) Carpet destroyed, hole in master bedroom door, dishwasher not working, countertops peeling, cabinets falling off walls. All issues marked on move-in checklist, none resolved, threatened to be taken to court for the repair of years worth of neglect and abuse. Working with Peggy has been a disaster. She sucks at responding, and when she does, it's only to explain why she's not going to do her job. Obviously, Targa doesn't care about maintaining their properties so long as they profit.

My daughter recently rented a 289 Sq ft studio from this company. She had the unit cleaned and did a video before turning in the keys. She just got a statement saying they charged her a $400 cleaning fee. Please note unit was 289 sq ft and already cleaned. She asked for a break down and all they said was it’s a cleaning fee. She said I paid to have the unit clean when I moved and they said she should have told them that when she moved out. We tried to dispute the unrealistic charge, and they responded with a copy of the cleaning receipt that looked suspicious, so I called the number on the receipt and the lady said they don’t clean apartments only houses. Also let’s not forget the company charged $400 not $375 but have since agreed to refund her $25. they do shady business, and I wouldn't
