I reached out to Tanika because I needed assistance with my home buying process. I did not need help with locating a home because what I was specifically looking for was abundant in the area I was looking to reside in. I really needed someone to be by side for the home buying process with my Wife and I being first time home buyers. Tanika did just that. She was thorough and patient with me and was available to take a call whenever I needed to talk and answered questions and she answered them in a manner I could understand. When she could be present she was by my side with every step and it was quite the commute for her to be there.
