Poor design with most two stories in our neighborhood. They skimp on the duct work and AC installers are forced to deal with poor designs. Warranty process takes a year to knock out most initial items identified. Still have several requests not yet fulfilled. Would recommend you wait and save a bit more to engage with a better builder. No real response from management when things are brought up. Just a slow response to wait you out. Pics attached demonstrating a ceiling they refuse to repair, crooked light install, AC issues, and generally how the place was left when we came back from closing.

We just had our house built with Ryan Homes in Stonebridge and we couldn’t be happier! Learned the violation came from hoa board president watch out they make up rules here dont move here HOA does not read what they approve and will put in you in violation because they cant actually check paperwork that was approved and we pay them. suggest moving here the cdd run by inframark will come on your property wont leave will tell you to call the cops then square up on you. Dont suggest moving here place is surrounded by roosters
