I loved here between 2017 and 2023, and I enjoyed my time living in these apartments. Maintenance was quick to respond and very efficient. Yes the rent did feel overpriced, but it was worth it imo, especially with my current renting experiences for more than what I paid at Talus. If I ever live in Montana again, Talus is first on my list.

Very disappointed in this apartment building. I have had nothing but problems with paying rent on their new app because they do not accept rent any other way. I’ve been overcharged and told my rent is late because their app is malfunctioning. I hate it here and cannot wait to get out. But will have to pay an arm and leg to break our lease. This place is awful. DONT MOVE IN.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Talus is clean and quiet and I enjoyed my time there. If life changes weren’t the issue I would’ve extended my stay. I never had any maintenance issues in the year that I was there. The appliances and finishings in the apartment were up-to date and very nice. I also felt very safe during my stay there which was extremely important to me. During my move-in process they even went above and beyond to make sure I got a covered parking spot. The staff was very accommodating and friendly I changed my move out date/time about 4 times (lol) and they never had a problem with it. Thank you Talus for a great stay!

I've lived here for a year and a half and enjoy it. I love having a washer and dryer in my unit, and the kitchen is spacious. We also enjoy having a full bath and closet for each bedroom, and plenty of storage. The pool, clubhouse and fitness center are all well maintained. I live on the second floor and do hear neighbors above me from time to time, which I think you have to expect in this type of building. I have only had to request maintenance a couple of times and the response was fast. I moved here from a large metro area so the rent seems reasonable to me for what you get. The a/c could be better. There's just one unit in the main living area so you have to leave bedroom doors open at night and a fan to keep the bedrooms cool. The staff have always been responsive and respectful. Rec
