My wife and I have loved living here since we moved into our unit in June 2024. I will give a 5 star rating since the new property manager Lauren Hill has taken over. Things have greatly improved since the changeover. As far as thin walls, I kind of disagree on that. We live on the 1st floor and rarely hear things surrounding us. As far as slow maintenance times, anytime we've had any issues, they have been taken care of. There's only 1 maintenance technician for the property and if I'm not mistaken, they plan to hire more personnel. The grounds are much improved since they hired a great lawn company. Savannah and Lauren make a great team in the front office! Any questions or concerns were addressed no more than 24hrs after being asked. The apartments are very welcoming and spacious while already having amenities including washer/dryer, fridge, microwave and dish washer. The pickle ball court is great for exercise, with the pool being a great place to relax and cool off. Aurora is a great apartment to live in and I will 100% recommend it to others looking to move.

Anna was fantastic to work with! Anna's quick responses and the streamlined website made this the best experience I've ever had leasing an apartment. We are relocating from quite a distance so I've had to do a lot remotely. Anna was the only leasing agent that responded promptly every time we communicated. Not only that, she was the only agent to invite us to take a tour during our recent visit. Everyone else made us feel like a bother when we asked to tour the apartments. Anna was happy to show us around and was obviously proud of the beautiful property. She made us feel like we could call Aurora home. If this is how they do things there I can't wait to get there!!

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Mary in the front office was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions throughout the moving process. She even gave us a tour of the facility on short notice, which really helped ease my stress. The complex is well-maintained and welcoming—I'm looking forward to making this my new home!

I moved here after living at Arc. Brantley ensured I got the home I wanted, made sure I understood everything, and then Anna moved me in with a super cool gym bag full of goodies to welcome me home! The community is gorgeous! Even more welcoming is the office staff - all of them are so personable and friendly. Deb had no problem showing me how to download the app to run my washer and dryer and Trent was even out picking up trash on a Saturday! The level of quality and care that surrounds this community is amazing. I love my home ❤️
