Central Montana Home Inspections

Clayton was recently our home inspector for a new house. As first time home buyers, Clayton did a great job of walking us through the house and explaining some of the things he observed from his inspection. He talked through things that was easy for us to understand and welcomed and encouraged questions we had. His inspection notes were very detailed and written in a way that was easy for us to understand. I appreciate the time and care he took in his inspection. He was professional, thorough, and approachable. I feel much more confident knowing what we will be walking into soon thanks to his work. If I ever needed an inspection in the future, Clayton would be my guy any and every time.

Clayton did an awesome job. It may be his "slow season" but he was easy to get on the phone and was at my house the very next morning after I called, setting up his equipment. His inspection was thorough and in-depth. I had him check for mold & mildew, radon, maintenance & just general over all condition of house. Excellent job. Clay did a great job with our home inspection, including radon test, and he was very thorough. He took time to go over everything with us in person, during the four hour inspection, which we really appreciated. His radon testing equipment is far superior a the small handheld monitors that some use, providing a graph that shows the fluctuations, rather than just the average. In addition to sending the radon reports, Clay provided a full 57 page inspection report, and was very responsive when I contacted him about some things I didn’t understand. Extremely happy with Clayton's inspection. As a first time home buyer it was awesome that he ran me through all the items he found. He is very thorough and very knowledgeable. The scheduling process was really easy and the report was extremely detailed with pictures of everything that was noted. Highly recommend.

Scheduling was easy and Clayton walked us through the house to show us the minor issues he found before publishing the report. As we are first time buyers he also gave us a book of home maintenance items to be aware of, which is very appreciated.
