Ridgeline Real Estate took over management of the apartment complex I live at about a year ago and it has made such a positive difference! Wyatt, Gena and team are responsive and appreciate their excellent communication. Building security, landscaping, parking lot striping, pet waste bag stations being installed, cleaning of the stairs and hallway have all been improved. They have respond to feedback and have made changes to improve and keep the complex looking great, and even send out a newsletter of community happenings. They have been a terrific!

Wyatt was awesome in our home buying process and my Fiancé and I are confident we would not have gotten our first house without his expertise.
