Tallmadge Oaks

I lived here for 6 years from 2020-2026 and absolutely loved my apartment. It is very spacious for a 1 bedroom and the closet space is amazing! Any issues were always handled quickly by management and maintenance. Terry was always helpful and fair. The only reason for moving was because of a change in life circumstances or I would have continued to stay. It is clean and never had any issues with theft! The neighbors were always kind and friendly. The pool was a great amenity to have had all summer! I highly recommend Tallmadge Oaks.

Terry was very helpful! He is very knowledgeable & willing to go out of his way to help others! This apartment complex is super clean and tidy! Very well kept, and all of the residents are super kind and caring! Truly a great atmosphere compared to our old apartment complex. I love that if there’s any maintenance requests they are quick to respond and get the job done! Maintenance crew is pretty great here as well! :) highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home whether it is permanently or temporarily! 😊

This is my second time living at Tallmadge Oaks. I lived here briefly with my son, 9 years ago. I moved in again in July of 2020, this time to a one bedroom. I love it here! There are zero issues with the neighbors. It's very peaceful and quiet. I love having a gas stove versus electric. I love that it has central air, versus a wall unit. Terry, the property manager, is still here, and was here 9 years ago too, and has always been helpful. I've never had any packages stolen outside my door, and I get a lot! My only regret is not getting a two bedroom again. I miss the extra space and the dishwasher! Maybe I'll upgrade next year! Lol. Great place to live!

I've lived here for over 6 years. Maintenance is super quick and really friendly. It's very quiet, which I like. The residents are friendly. Management is nice and handles business. I've got no complaints.

I have lived at Tallmadge Oaks for the last 4 years. It has been a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it very highly. The management has always been extremely helpful and I found the staff to be highly professional and courteous. No noise, No problems at all! I really hate to leave!
