The wife and I used This company for our home inspection as we were doing a pre purchase inspection.This company provides you with a very professional detailed report, they provide great communication. They keep you informed during the whole process. Bryan Covell is very detailed with his inspections. Nothing is missed. Bryan will even list items that are in need of minor maintenance but not really an issue with serviceability. We like this part of his report it brought to light some things we will do ourselves once the purchase is complete. Highly recommend Bryan.

Joey was so thorough. I am so thankful he came out on such short notice. After seeing what he does in new builds, I would not dare buy a home without him by my side walking in that door for a pre drywall inspection. He’s coming with me for my final walkthrough and right before my 1 year warranty expires. Joey found 21 violations against the build. Let me set this, the city inspector didn’t find what Joey found. When I walked in to my new home at pre drywall, Joey was already there before me. When I went to introduce myself. He kept looking at the house from outside and looking at his notes. I LIKED THAT!!! We recently had a Home & Sewer Scope inspection completed by Joey Slagle and I am so happy we chose First-In Home! Joey covered every corner of the property, from the foundation to the roof, and pointed out things we would have never noticed on our own. He took the time to explain every detail in a way that was easy to understand. The final report was comprehensive, clearly organized, and included helpful photos and explanations for every concern.
