I have lived here 2 years. Rebeca is an amazing addition to the team! She is extremely helpful and quick to respond to everything and anything I’ve had questions or concerns about. She has definitely made some very needed improvements to the office! I really recommend anyone looking for an a new apartment to Contact Rebeca! She will make the process to find a new apartment an easy and exciting one. Great job making her the office manager it was an amazing decision !!

I lived at Tall Trees several years ago and for many years. It was awful then, but I stayed due to not wanting the task of finding a new apartment. Finally, I left and I was offered a $100.00 decrease in rent as an incentive to stay. I declined. Fast forward to 2026, in my current search for an apartment, I wanted to give Tall Trees a second look because the photos of the renovated units online look great. I experienced a lot of difficulty scheduling a tour. The office staff kept repeating information I already told them regarding my tour and what type of unit I wanted to see. I finally got a chance to tour two units. After I arrived, I was told the units were partially renovated. I can only say that the owners should be ashamed of themselves for completely overpricing this dump!

I resided at Tall Trees for one year. God forbid you need maintenance. Initially, my experience was satisfactory until my refrigerator stopped cooling. Upon reporting the issue, a maintenance technician visited and offered a temporary solution, advising a follow-up call if the problem persisted. Despite the refrigerator continuing to malfunction, subsequent calls and messages to the management regarding the unresolved issue were not addressed, leaving the problem unattended. Additionally, I experienced intermittent electrical issues affecting lighting in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. While advised to reset the breaker, this proved ineffective. In summary, I found the maintenance support for critical issues to be lacking. Furthermore, the grounds were frequently marred by litter. No

Everyone has been super helpful and communicative, Rebeccah has supported me so much throughout my move and has been a great help! She is super kind and very responsive, would recommend anyone to live here.

Rebecca has been a very big help with making our move smooth. the apartments are very spacious and very nice.
