Llanerch Place Apartments

This is my very first place on my own, and I couldn’t have picked a better apartment complex to start this chapter of my life. The whole property is incredibly quiet and peaceful — perfect for coming home after a long day and actually being able to relax. The building stays clean, the area feels safe, and the office staff is super friendly and patient, which made moving into my first place way less stressful than I expected. My apartment is cozy, everything works great, and it truly feels like home. If you’re looking for a quiet, well-kept, and reliable place to live, I definitely recommend this complex. I’m really happy I chose it for my first apartment.

This is for all the people saying they hate it here get a lawyer and take them to court, take pictures and show lawyer. Me and my fiance lived in an apartment complex in glenolden we had mice and roaches the women in the office were shady we broke our lease after 16 days we got a lawyer took them to court won back the security deposit and also got more back its not healthy to live with roaches and mice. PLEASE GET OUT AND FIND A SAFE CLEAN PLACE TO LIVE

Super unfortunate that I wasted my time and gas to drive to this place after speaking to a Laura (or Lauren). I did Call day of and she said it was ok for me to arrive by 12:45pm. I got There 12:30 and waiting in the leasing office which was empty. I’m assuming it was the maintenance man who let me know she had just left and doesn’t know when she’d be back. Not to mention after we spoke she said she’d text me and never did. I even Left and came back. This time I stood in the leasing office and called. The phone continued to ring as I heard multiple voices on the other side of the wall. Good luck!

Lived there in the 90’s and it wasn’t bad when L&S owned it. Back then the grounds were kept nice!!! But Section 8 ruined these buildings! I moved out once it went SECTION 8

BEWARE! This apartment complex is horrendous and utterly disgusting! Rodent infested! Roach infested! Issac the owner, does not care about the living conditions of his tenants. My car was damaged due to the rat infestation in the parking lot due to the garbage everywhere. I was not reimbursed for the repairs although, in the lease agreement he is responsible to keep the property free of pest, roaches and insects. This property has infestation inside and outside! DO NOT MOVE HERE! In my opinion they are SCAMMERS. Any good reviews are LIES!
