Great apartment. Clean and never had any maintenance issues. Management has been fair and very helpful in assisting with the process. Did not hesitate to renew my lease.

Clean, Quiet and Convenient. Lived at this apartment complex for the last year, the building manager is phenomenal and very friendly. The apartments are very clean and updated. Everything well maintained and in working order. Any request/issues are addressed immediately and in a professional manner. Residence are friendly and non intrusive. Only reason for moving is due to home purchase, otherwise very satisfied with this apartment complex and would highly recommend to any clean, trust worthy and responsible adult! Spacious apartment with large closets!

I have not been living at the complex very long, but feel inclined to write a positive review based on my experience thus far because I am so impressed. My bathroom was redone, per my request before signing the lease, which maintenance completed wonderfully. Any other concerns I had, Bill was over to address immediately. He’s a friendly, great guy. My apartment is very roomy and I love the dishwasher in the kitchen. I’ve never seen a bug like another review mentioned. The complex is very clean and the outside is very well maintained by landscapers. It is such a quiet community that sometimes I literally forget I’m in an apartment building! I have loved living here for the past 1.5 years! It is a friendly community, very accommodating, and close to many major roads in regards to travel and commute. The apartments are very well kept and very spacious compared to many others I had looked at! The maintenance is on top of everything as well as the landlord responding to any issues promptly! It is a wonderful apartment to live in!

This is place has some pros and cons. It’s not as ideal as previous commenters make it seem. For one the appliances and interior is out dated. Nothing too fancy just a basic apartment. You’re paying for the location versus the actual amenities of the apartment. I had to switch units because of a bug infestation. Talking to my neighbors in both building these bugs were quite common and the amateur exterminator they hired didn’t do much but spray pesticide and that wasn’t affective. He didn’t find the issue just sprayed and left. I had to investigate myself and once i told the landlord where they were coming from she just said “oh Ok”. There’s never any parking in lot forcing a good amount of tenants to park on the street. Carpets in the hallway are never cleaned and they are really dirty. T
