One of the best things about this place is the location. It’s super convenient and close to pretty much everything, which makes living here really easy. Maintenance is also great, especially Clayton. He’s honestly the best. Anytime something needs to be fixed, he’s quick to respond and gets it taken care of fast. He’s always nice, professional, and easy to talk to, which makes the whole process stress-free. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job. Overall, it’s a solid place to live with a great location and awesome maintenance support.

Lots of good things to say about these apartments! - Onsite management is excellent. Garret and the team work very hard, are friendly and compassionate, and do their best to make the complex a community -Maintenance is prompt and is skilled to handle the wide variety of things that need attention in an apartment -Pool and gym are great amenities -Trash and recycling are easily available and the receptacles are emptied on a reliable schedule -In unit washers and dryers! -Lots of trees (and shade), cared for landscaping, and close access to the Chehalis Western Trail -Ample lot and street parking, close to I-5, close to the 60, 62, and ONE bus lines. The complex is off of Ensign Rd and the stoplight onto Lilly is an easy light to deal with at rush hour. -Close to numerous medical facilities

My husband, my two children, and I currently reside at Talisman Apartments - going on two years this summer. I have nothing but wonderful comments to make. The complex is clean and very well maintained. It's located in a more nature-based area; Extremely quiet and calm. It's located right next to the Chehalis Western Trail. The manager, Garret, and the maintenance men Armando and Clayton are respectful, kind, have wonderful time management, and truly make the effort to make sure their residents are satisfied. Work orders get complete in a timely manner and are done correctly/efficiently. The pool is great! The gym suffices for workouts, they have little treat days all through out the year - a way for residents to connect and get to know one another. The cost of living is high everywher

I’ve lived in Olympia for 4-years, and feel like I landed on a gem of a community! The location is ideal in so many ways – walking distance to the hospital and many medical offices, just a 5-minute drive to lots of shopping (Target! Fred Meyer!), and literally a 3-minute walk to the Chehalis Western Trail, all while nestled in a nicely landscaped, quiet, wooded area. The property manager, Garret, is kind, friendly, professional, and he clearly cares about tenants’ needs and requests. It’s easy to report maintenance concerns, and they’re responded to quickly. Two thumbs up for Talisman!

Very positive experience. Here is some more detail. Pros: Extremely quiet and beautiful surroundings. The surrounding trees eat up the noise, and the carpets prevented a lot of noise from going between floors (that said, I was on the top floor). The property manager, Garrett, is excellent. There's always parking, even for guests (if not in the lot, on the street). Cons: Gym is only open 8-8. Swimming pool closed before the hottest part of the year (but it's a beautiful pool!). Smelled mildly like cigarettes in my unit from previous tenant, and I got a lot of cigarett wiffs from neighbors' balconies. Also, it's an old complex, keep that in mind--for example, my sink/dishwasher consistently smelled of stagnant water every once in awhile (even after having maintenance come take a look, and
