Tailwind Management

If I could get this company a zero star I would. I had A Cash buyer for my patio home. When they did their inspection, it came back that the roof needed to be replaced upon calling tall wind. They said it did not called them a second time then they said it was under warranty and would be fixed. My buyer backed out. I am now having to list the house with a realtor. She had her inspector go over. He said the roof is down to the fiberglass and that he told this company two years ago that it needed new roofs on the houses. They are refusing to do it. I guess it’s time to get attorneys involved

Application harvesters!! The unit I just toured smelled like cat piss and definitely needed repairs before anyone moves in. The unit has been available for over a month. 🤔 I lived in this town my whole life and 🤦‍♂️ Stay away from Tailwind.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was declined over not having enough income when I make more than four times their required amount. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I highly recommend that you look for anywhere else to live other than one of their properties. If they manage their properties anywhere like they do their phone calls you’re in for a wild ride.

Worst Property management. Does not respond in a timely manner and when they do respond, you couldn't even call it a response(more or less run around). We spent 1 month dealing with them to rent a property and were going to pay a years worth of rent. As we continue to follow up with them on the process and progress, excuses is all we got. Once we finally spoke to a supervisor out of frustration due to lack of communication, magically within minutes, they responded, and provided us with a denial letter with incorrect/false information. There are better/more professional property management agencies in Billings than them. If less than 1 star could be given, it would be!

I wish it was possible to give less than one star. Tailwind Property Management needs to stop quibbling with McCall Homes (the builders) on who should take responsibility for large holes in my yard made by garbage trucks that have no alternative but to cross over onto my property when collecting garbage. The lack of response on the part of Tailwind Property Management and McCall Home Builders to my specific problem jeopardizes the foundation, the crawlspace, and creates problems that are only going to expand. And who will address the larger issues? They will probably take each other to court rather than learning to work cooperatively so that problems are solved in a timely way!
