Tahlequah Terrace

HUGE SHOUT TO YOU GUYS!!! I moved there a year ago and when I got there I had nothing. I used all my money for rent and deposits. Terra Alexander the apartment complex manager bought pizza for me on my first night. I didn’t know people could be so caring. I was able to get help with food pantries because she let me know where to go and who to talk to. I loved my time at those apartments. The maintenance man Allen was especially helpful when or if I ever needed anything. Huge thank you to all the Tahlequah Terrace employees for all you do! I appreciate you even if no one does!

By far the worst management I've ever seen in my life. Doesn't keep track of the people who live there. There is an apartment where the homeless just are allowed to run in and out and no one has gotten evicted. So sad this apartment complex use to be the best one in tahlequah, now you have to be cautious when you go there. So sad...

Worst apartment I’ve lived in mold and mildew smell since day one move in gotta keep humidity absorbing stuff to keep the smell down plus bugs most of the apartments have roaches if you have allergies avoid this place like the plague

If you're from here or lived in these apartments. You already know. Good management means no issues. Poor management means lots of issues.
