East Gate Inn Apartments

If you’re considering living in off-campus housing as an NSU student, I highly recommend living here. I have stayed here for almost 3 years and it has been an exceptional experience. Liz and her team are amazing people. You pay for rent and electric. Neighbors are mostly quiet, however the walls are thin. The only problems I had were not the fault of Eastgate Inn, it was with the greedy out-of-state property companies that bought up a lot of the complexes in the area and raised rent. The laundry room got an “update” while I lived here but it didn’t exactly improve the experience and they doubled laundry fees. (Always use high heat when using the dryers!)

Staff and even maintenance guys are super friendly and professional. Haven't had anything major I couldn't deal with or they couldn't fix. I hope I'm here for at least another 4-5 years while I'm saving for a house. I couldn't ask for a better place to live in Tahlequah. This is home.

Great place to live. Landlord Liz is a no bs’er, and gets it done around here. Staff is friendly and maintenance fixes everything right away. If you’re looking for a cheap place to live off campus that’s quiet and comfortable, this is the spot to be.

My mom had an apartment here. During the last day of her lease (today), the property manager, Dave, let someone move into her apartment. My mom went there after work to collect the last of her belongings to find out that a man was already there and sleeping in a sleeping bag. She got the rest of her things including her laptop to find that this dude was on her laptop all day and had downloaded music illegally and had access to her personal documents and access to her bank account among other important accounts. He has been using the utilities in my mother’s name as well all day. Dave the manager didn’t even check the apartment and LIED that there was going to be a cleaning crew coming in after my moms lease was up to determine if she was going to get her deposit back. Was an okay place to live when Lisa worked there, until the rudest owner fired her and kicked most of the people out. He will threaten you. Got stuff stolen, someone tried to steal my car, dead rodents and trash all over the parking lot and walk way, disgusting moldy walls, mouse, bedbugs, cockroaches, and terrible maintenance help. Do not live here, it’s not worth your money.
