Garden Walk of Tahlequah

Terrible place to live. Management is no better than a corporate slumlord. They will fix things for you, for awhile, but then they will be too busy or we'll get back to you. There are a lot of drunks, drug addicts and neighbors that will harass you if you don't bend to their will. The pipes are old, the toilets will overflow to the point of flooding into the hallway. Your carpet will be ruined and they will make you pay for it. I offered to fix it, but they refused. I couldn't live in a place where basic living conditions are put on the back burner. Good luck to the local residents who can't afford to live anywhere else.

Beautiful place just needs to fix things when you report them and some tenants need to be dealt with irregardless of how long they have lived there. If you have pets I would suggest getting a pet camera and putting it on them!!!

Great place to live if you’re limited on funds. The office ladies are nice and helpful. The only complaint is, more people need to apply to be maintenance men. There’s only 2 for the entire complex, and so it can take awhile to get your work orders done, but they do try their best. I can only imagine how stressful it must be to have 2 maintenance men with about 180 units.

The place is very straight forward they help even if you need housing assistance they will guide you through the steps if you can follow directions it’s really simple I’ve had no complications since move in I even moved in before move in date due to the great staff they have as long as you stay in contact with management everything is a breeze and the community is full of children playing this helps as I have kids that struggle to find others to play with outside of school

I’m writing this review as we just moved in and currently living. Office staff is nice but very misleading as in they told us our apartment would be ready a week in advance before we moved in…we had to delay our move in day by just 2 days. we go to move in 2 days later and it was not ready we was told we would have to wait till the end of the day to move in. *edit> we have a dog that our upstairs neighbor complained about him barking which is true we are working on that but the office added that we don’t take our dog out on leash and that we tether him we told them that we take him out on a leash every time and have evidence to prove we do and we do not tether our dog but they refused to to listen or fix our write up as well as accusing my dog of scratching he does not scratch. 3 weeks la
