Good spot for the over 55 yrs old crowed most pay bout $250 outta pocket for rent and medical pays the rest but a decent crowed here with the hippies mixed in here......

Nice, clean, fairly newer building complex. Individual units for rent are spartan but adequate. Modern features, appliances, etc. Secure gate perimeter operated by remote. Regular inspections help maintain functional and aesthetic aspects here. Much needed and appreciated housing facility for low income seniors.

They treat their staff well they treat their resin as well actually they treat him really good and is a very clean very very clean environment I think covid is only hit that place maybe a couple times maybe if that I'll let you know if covid are being hit it but I'm just saying that there's rumors sometimes and I don't know if they're true or not but the place is a nice place I know several people that live there and each unit has its own Niche about it so I give it five stars definitely in the security is great you need security go through every single door and it's hard to get I know. I know a lot of people that leave their doors open in this place that's how secure it is

Nice senior apartments, & I've tried a couple of times to get in, but always a wait or your age vs your disabilities (had to be 55yrs and I wasn't) but now that I am, and they were accepting appls Nov 5th for their one bedroom units, I still don't qualify because they weren't offering any of their income based units at this time😟 and although the regular rent is reasonable, it's more than my monthly income, so I can't afford it. But I met & ministered to some of the residents in the I'll call it the day sitting room, where they have coffee, tea, television, and music for the residents👌😎 it was a calm and most of all quiet environment where I was very comfortable 🙇‍♀️🙏💆‍♀️prayerfully, one day & soon, I'll qualify and be able to move in🕘😁🖐

To many bad elements in this building. Unhealthy environment for seniors living here. No help from management to help rectify the problems.
