Fraudulent company! We were given a false home inspection report stating that the roof of our house is only 5-10 years old and a report detailing various aspects of the roof to be in 'satisfactory' condition. We purchased the house trusting the report. Just 6 months after buying, we learnt that our roof is atleast 25 years old, completely dead and needs to be immediately re-roofed. We got multiple professional roofers to inspect the roof, so we can confirm that it is not a sales tactic - and EVERY SINGLE roof inspector told us that the ROOF is DEAD and that no company will repair the roof since it is so old.
