Water BUGS , roches are in the hallways and outside on the 1st floor, We have been here 4 months , I come home from work 12mid. People are hanging out in front of building I don't know what they are doing. Every month the fire department, or paramedics are in the building. Alot of people on fixed income living in building. But on the other hand the grounds are maintained, most of the neighbors are nice. The staff is awesome. The building is old a needs work

Very nice atmosphere. Grounds are kept immaculate and beautiful. The facilities are well kept and it is quiet.

I love my unit and the grounds are always so beautiful. I can not say enough about the on-site management team....always responsive and caring....so glad I found this place I can call HOME!

Constantly shutting off the water, to work on the ol d boiler system. Every seasonal change, twice a year, when the heat or air need to be turned on, a valve has to be replaced. No paint or carpets cleaned b4 I moved in. Somethings always breaking down. Lots of gossip. Cockroaches on the 1st floor, mice in all the blogs. Wasp nests everywhere. Poor quality maintenance. When they fix something, something else goes wrong. And maintenance always leaves a mess you have to clean up. Even if it's just going in & out the door, he messes up the lay of the rug in front of the door, so if I don't check after him, I am the one tripping on the rug & getting hurt. Strict on the locked doors, as in the clubhouse closes @ x o'clock, & they check. The management HAS finally changed the hours of the c
