This Management company is so Dirty, they basically stole 1,000 $ from me out of my deposit. This Apartment manager Named Diana who is supposed to be in charge of the place is Very unprofessional, she tries to rush you with everything. She is impatient, rude, and does Not do her job. Which is why this other Lady always steps in to do her job for her. The complex needs alot of work so they charge the tenants to get the complex up to date. And charge for anything and everything. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY. THE COMPANY before was a whole lot better with everything. VERY BAD PEOPLE EXCEPT FOR GINA. SHE has helped us and myself with so much to smoothen out what the others do wrong. But the head aches to begin with shoul not even be. TN Investments is a Bad company.

My wife and I went above and beyond when moving out of our unit to ensure we left it in pristine condition. We painted the walls ourselves and my wife cleaned on her hands and knees to make sure every inch of the apartment was spotless. We did this out of respect and in good faith, fully expecting to get our security deposit back without issues. And what did we get in return? A charge for painting and cleaning. The very things we already did — thoroughly and responsibly. This isn’t just unfair, it’s downright insulting. It feels like they had already decided to keep part of our deposit no matter what condition we left the place in. If you’re planning to rent here, don’t expect to get your deposit back, even if you do everything right. We took pride in how we left that apartment. Clearly

WARNING DO NOT RENT ANY APARTMENTS THEY OWN ( they own more than 5,000 properties and don’t know how to manage and take care of their properties ) I’ve lived in Lynrose Manor apartments for 21 years of my life until they bought out the land from the owner . The rent was $2,500 without utilized but you have to pay seperate for water , trash , sewage , street cleanup , gas , electricity and coin services paying over $300 extra your going to be wasting since their cheap and want to suck up as much money out of you as possible . It takes forever to get a hold of the manager diana to fix something inside the apartment . For example our bathtub paint had peeled off and our wooden floors were popping out since the people they hire to “ fix “ the place do a mickey mouse job . Even though we had m

I've been renting this company's house apartment for about three years now. This company makes it very convenient to pay our rent and submit a maintenance request through an online portal. The leasing team is very professional, nice, and pleasant. They are very willing to help me in any situation such as one day I left my keys in my house, and when I contacted them to ask for help, within about thirty minutes they brought the spare key to open the door for me. I really appreciate the service of this company. I highly recommend going through this property management.

Living at one of their property was fine. Maintenance was good, place was always clean and well taken care of, overall they did the bare minimum. But the actual company itself has been rude and unkind, especially those who may have housing assistant. A particular employee, Thao Pham has been very rude since we met her. She criticized our family members for not having cash on them at all times and even tried to threaten our family with illegal acts after we put in our 30 day notice to vacant (she told us that if we do not move out before our last day, there will be "consequences" when that is illegal to do) which was not apart of our leasing agreement. Beware when dealing with her. She will prey on those who may be vulnerable, desperate, or is the most in need.
