I’m surprised my review will be the first for KS Mortgage Group. This review is specifically for Hai Le and her team. I’m in NorthCal and was introduced to Hai through friends as they spoke highly of her services. We took a risk and went with Hai and couldn’t be happier. She works day/night to get your documents through and spare no ounce of diligence to help us get the loan processed and approved. Her openness to help as a agent was above and beyond as she spent time with us answering all our questions and concerns. I hate to recommend her bc I don’t like sharing my hidden gems/finds, but Hai is someone that’ll always be there for her clients and have their interests at heart.

They worked with me from start to finish, always on time and always available to answer any questions.
