BEWARE- I must start with the fact that we have bought and sold 2 homes previously without issue. Working with Michelle @ Premier Choice was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. I would warn anyone working with her or her company to be aware of the following things: 1. NEVER let her represent both parties, get your own realtor to represent you if you are looking at a property listed by Premier Choice. You deserve communication and follow up and you will not receive either from them otherwise. 2. DO NOT use any of the property inspectors they offer you as choices. We are pretty certain that our home was not fully inspected as we have had way too many issues with leaking plumbing, sinking foundations and rotted out flooring/mold that should have been in an inspection report if
