T-Berry's Land

I want to buy a used Mobil home that I can put on owned land now I don't mind a fixer upper in the lowest cost I am disabled and can't afford much

They sold us a 3 bedroom 2 bath liveable home. When we got here it was a 2 bedroom uninhabitable home that had to be torn down.

At first they was all nice because they wanted to make a sale. We went in looked a a 3 bedroom 2bathroom single wide they was still re-modling it when we looked at it. And as soon as we gave the down payment they stopped working on it. They brought it out with missing floor vents no bedroom doors or bathroom doors. Cracked windows that leak a rotting wall soft spots in the floor. It was leveled put on blocks and you can tell it's not leaval. It's taken them months to get our doors and replace the windows. And now my window pains and walls are molding and rotting. And we were told today that all they are go to do to it. So Don't buy from them they Suck!!!!!

Clean "Mostly" friendly staff. Easy sales program with "low down payments" combined with reasonable Monthly payment options. So far my experience with T-Berry's Mobile Home Sales and Mr. Thornbury have been a pleasant one.
