Village Square

Overall good service, however I’d like to highlight the negative side. Depending on the specifics, it can take a long time to obtain repair service. DO NOT expect help during ice storms. The driveway has been nearly impossible to navigate for a week. No grading done whatsoever on inches of ice. Management is very friendly, but these issues really suck when everything else is great :(

I had a wonderful experience at Village Square. I lived there 4 years. Management was always accommodating and looked into concerns I had quickly. They also go out of their way to promote cleanliness and clean air. The apartment itself is very nice, and the environment is safe. If I need another apartment in the future, village square will be at the top of my list. Thank you, management, for making it a pleasant experience. Your service is much appreciated

This apartment looks great at first. They offer you decent prices on rent and no water bill when you first sign your lease. But afterwards, when you’re all moved in and settled, they suddenly make you start paying your water bill and they increase your rent over and over again. It doesn’t matter if you’re a good tenant and that you’re never late on payments. They rob you.

Considering the city, the apartment complex is very pretty and it comes with many advantages, for instance the pool and workout room. The apartments come with a washer/dryer set, dishwasher, PLUS the water is included.

This place switched to new managers who only care about swindling you out of every last dollar. Shame. You will not get a dime of your deposit back even if you left with no damages.
