I first met Larry when purchasing a home for my sister. He made the house purchasing process seamless. He explained everything in detail from making an offer, to working with the mortgage banker, to signing the paperwork. He was available every step of the way and was quick to respond. I now work for Larry at Accord Realty. He is experienced and professional but most of all, he is one of the most ethical people I know. He is a wonderful person to work with.

Larry helped me and my family sell a home in 2019. The home was sold in 60 days because we were aggressive. He is caring and responsive and handled all of my emotions with grace and care. Larry Pettus was always available to answer questions and advise of how to improve upon presenting the home for sale. I had previous had home listed for two years with only two offers to buy presented. With Accord Realty the property was listed in January 2021 and an offer was accepted in February 2021. Mr. Pettus worked well beyond what one could expect, There were property issues to resolve and he worked directly with third parties to resolve these issues. I highly recommend him.
