I recently toured this community, and I was genuinely impressed! the grounds are beautifully maintained, and everything feels clean, modern, and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They answered all my questions and concerns as I am new to Orange County. Cristina was very patient throughout the whole tour. The apartments are bright, spacious and thoughtfully designed, includes all appliances and fridge. Great natural light too! Close to everything, near freeway but still quiet. The amenities, especially the pool and fitness center are a huge plus. I've applied and I'm excited to say I've been living here now and super happy to be part of this community.

I recently had the opportunity to walk the Sycamore Lane community alongside the management team (Lisa Hernandez, Community Director), and I was genuinely impressed. The team was professional, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in the way the property is maintained and how residents are supported day to day. From communication to on-site standards, it’s obvious there is strong leadership and a thoughtful approach to creating a safe, well-run, and pleasant place to live. Sycamore Lane is a great place to call home. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I love it. I truly appreciate the news letters and the communication from the office. We get lots of emails that keep us informed about what’s going on in the community. The staff is always smiling and ready to assist. I had a recent maintenance request and Santos handled it so quickly and efficiently. The maintenance staff is always very pleasant offering their help. Thank You management for enforcing the rules. A special Thank you to everyone in the Leasing office, Santos and Miguel for keeping Sycamore Lane a great place to call home.

I lived here 2021-2023, this place is great and was sad that I had to relocate for my job. The place was always clean, surrounded by friendly neighbors. I loved how there was stores near by very convenient! Everything in my unit would always be working smoothly most of the time. If there was any issue the staff were always so friendly and quick to fix things. They were always checking in to make sure everything was good. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful property and units, well maintained with great amenities, but the best part of the tour was the staff! Toured lots of places but Lisa was so friendly and helpful with clear explanations, and the maintenance staff greeted everyone even. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking in the area.
