I have always believed that the staff are what make or break it when it comes to renting and the staff here at Madrid have been wonderful. Hailey was our leasing associate and was amazing with her availability to help us to answer all the questions we had about living here and our leasing agreement. So far our maintenance has also been wonderful, Sunny and David are both amazing and David is more than willing to go above and beyond to get things done as fast and efficiently as possible. Thank you Madrid for giving us a wonderful complex to live in.

We had such a lovely experience for our mew tenant on-boarding process at Madrid. We walked in without any appointment, as we were in the neighborhood viewing some other apartments, we thought of going see Madrid as well. Hailey went above and beyond to help us throughout the entire process. From our first inquiry all the way through completing the online application she has guided us through and through. She was patient with us, guided us step by step, answered all our questions, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, respect, and genuine care truly stood out. I am so beyond grateful to Hailey, she made our move seamless and fast. My grandson was injured badly and was in the hospital for a few weeks. He is now unable to walk upstairs & often uses a wheelchair. Hailey was able to get our paperwork processed quickly and seamlessly. She walked me through everything and got us approved before my grandson got out of the hospital (because our old home had stairs he can’t go up now). I highly recommend Madrid! Not only is the staff amazing but the complex is gorgeous and clean and well-kept. Very impressed!! I am so thankful to Hailey and her help in this process

Huge shoutout to Sunny & David! Our AC unit went down and they went above and beyond to help us out until a new unit came in. Their professionalism and customer service is top notch and their compassion towards their residents is always their main concern. Thanks again!
