The maintenance service is great! Anytime something breaks the maintenance request is very simple through the app and response is within 24 hours or sooner. Chase is great and he is courteous and prompt. The apartment has old appliances and the kitchens is very small with old cabinets. AC or the wall cooler has a loud sound. Other than that it is a good place to live in.

I've had a great experience with the leasing office here! They are always accommodating and genuinely willing to work with our needs. It's so easy to get in touch with them whenever we have questions or need assistance. Jay, who works the front desk, has been incredibly helpful-he assisted us with our renewal and made the entire process seamless. Big thank you to the maintenance crew, especially Ivan, for fixing the AC unit while I was working out today. I really appreciate the quick and efficient service—it made a huge difference. Great job!

Wow! Eaves I'm surprised to learn that the neighbor on the 114th floor celebrated her birthday in the apartment on Sunday. How crazy! It was 12 a.m. I was coming home from work and just wanted to sleep, but her music was too loud! How crazy! Is it incredible that our security staff didn't do anything? Or was he at the party too?

I have lived here for 5+ years. The staff is just now getting better. For starters, I feel as if the process of our obtaining our apartment was handled very poorly. We were given only two options of apartments to choose from and one of them wasn’t even ready to move into. I have lived in this specific apartment for 4+years now and there are still writings on the walls from past tenants. When brought up to management they just gave us white paint for us to do it ourselves. (Which I have no problem with I enjoy painting) not only that when we asked to switch apartments we were told we’d have to pay an additional deposit for that apartment after already putting on down for the apartment that wasn’t up to par.
