this place is a joke and a bad one. the way they treat their tenants trying to evict them with little warning creating unrealistic terms is despicable for sake of greed. they are liars and should be ashamed. glad their is attention on how horribly mismanaged they are and hopefully lose in court

My favorite apartment complex I’ve ever lived! ♡ My apartment is nice & spacious with a big bathroom. I love how the kitchen looks out into the living room and the front door. I don’t see trash littered in the common ways. There’s always salt on the sidewalks when it’s icy. Management is friendly and seems to really care that we have a great living experience. I’ve never had an issue with other residents, as I mind my own business.

Was great when I moved in. But now you pay for others utilities. They lump them all together and divide by apartments, so if you're a single person, you'll be paying for the multiple other people in other apartments in your building. Ridiculous!

Joel's review is spot on. The conditions at Sycamore Apartments have declined significantly over the past couple of years. And unlike Joel, I have contacted and reported these issues. I call regularly and more times than not they do respond to the immediate issue, however, it is on-going. I should not have to call weekly or monthly to live in a place that is not constantly littered. There is trash constantly. Neighbors leave bags of trash in the hallways. Additionally, multiple neighbors smoke in the hallways both cigarettes and pot making it impossible to ever have the windows open. It also makes it so I have to walk through the cloud of pot smoke to go to work or anywhere and I do not appreciate getting the smell on my clothes. Possibly the worst apartment I have lived in that has been own by DTN MANAGMENT common places are always littered with trash, cigarettes, marijuana roaches, empty alcohol bottles, the dumpster is over full for weeks at a time neighbors are never follow the notice ordinance, when other people smoke marijuana in there apartment you can smell it in yours, constantly people running in and out in the middle of the night. Many drug deals have gone on in the parking lot. And they want over 735 to live in this dump.
