We absolutely love living at Redwood Apartments in Holt! From the moment we moved in, the experience has been exceptional. The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. Our apartment feels more like a private home than an apartment—spacious rooms, high ceilings, an attached garage, and modern finishes that make everyday living comfortable and convenient. The staff is truly outstanding—especially Hannah Powers, who is incredibly responsive, warm, and friendly. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported and well cared for. We also appreciate how dog-friendly the neighborhood is. There are dog-waste bags and bins conveniently placed throughout the area, which keeps everything clean and makes walking our pets simple. One of our favorite things

Redwood Apartments in Holt are very nice. My experience with the leasing office was amazing. The staff are very helpful. Jessica is an amazing Leasing Professional . She’s very knowledgeable of the apartment community. The ease of being able to sign everything online is very convenient. I would highly recommend redwood Apartments in Holt.

First of all, this place enters my home so often it’s ridiculous. It feels like they have some new excuse to come in here every two weeks. Mandatory inspection for this, mandatory inspection for that, don’t bother requesting two “routine maintenance” items be completed at once, rest assured they’ll enter separately for both of those things the same week because why make one trip when they can enter multiple times 🙄. Secondly, today I received one business day of notice that I will not be able to get anything in or out of my garage for 7-10 days beginning sometime during the next week. No specific time, just a 5 day window…so I guess I just have to hope they don’t trap one of my vehicles in the garage if I’m not home when they start 🤔. Mike quickly fixed the interior door that didn't latch. Then, he made sure all of the other doors were operating correctly.
