My mother has lived here for 2 years. Shes requested countless maintenance repairs with zero resolution in this time. From roaches, to severe mold in the bathroom, to broken screens. There’s always an excuse as to why it can’t be done.

Horrible management, never answer the phone. Have lived there for 25 years (since I was born) and nothing changes. They don’t take care of there tenants. Maintenance is nice but only can do what there approved to do. Tons of black mold in my unit they refuse to fix. Let alone the break ins.

To start this off I will say that I do not reside here. I live 1/4 mile from this place though. I used to have a friend that lived here so I was around often and the place has always been a dump for as long as I can remember but it’s gotten a lot worse in the last 3-4 years. About 5 years ago a woman was beaten and killed in here apt. just north of Doncaster. There has always been overflowing dumpsters with lots of furniture by it, (mattresses, couches, recliners, etc.) They hardly ever mow the apartments and they NEVER run a weed whacker or hedger on the bushes. Very overgrown in some areas. There is 3-4 foot tall weeds growing out of the gutters. There are big limbs and cut logs still on the ground from the storm back in April (Currently October). Don’t recommend even filling out an application they will waste your time!! Connie is the only rude worker & needs to be fired!! She’s not professional at all & has attitudes with people for staying updated on their application. It’s best to move somewhere else this place doesn’t deserve a penny.

I wish I could leave a no star review. We have been without air conditioning for 7 weeks, and the property managers will not fix it. I’m not the only one without A/C. Now we are under a heat advisory. It has been 87 degrees in my unit, and all the ladies in the office do is shrug. They make up a new excuse each time I talk to them. We won’t have heat when it gets cold because the blower motor isn’t working, either. My neighbor has the eavestrough hanging above their door, and the property managers refuse to fix it. This place is awful. Only consider moving here if you’re desperate, and don’t mind that they don’t maintain their property.
