We looked at a place that stated it had a community pool, spa, gym, and clubhouse. When asked to see the amenities, Vincent stated it didn't have any except the gate. He apologized and stated this company goes above and beyond to not misrepresent their properties. Three weeks later, that property is still listed with those amenities. Not a property management company I trust as a renter. Watch your back and ensure before you sign anything and don't take anything they say as truth.
