Swanson's Estate Sales

Swanson's Estate Sales Inc, is run by Mike Sr and his family. They are very good at what they do. My husband and I were handed the responsibility for setting up an Estate sale for our friend's estate. It seemed to be an enormous task until we spoke with Mike Sr from Swanson's Estate Sales. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was required for organizing the sale, clearing out the home and setting up the sale. We received very clear instructions and signed a contract that was very easy to understand and was a good reference as well. Swanson's was very prompt at answering our calls or texts for any questions or concerns. We received a Final sales receipt with pages that contained all the itemized estate items in a timely fashion after the sale, as well as payment. We highly recomm

We have been in the store in Hamilton many times and have found some unique items each visit. You never know what you might see each visit and it is fun browsing all the antique items and as well as the newer items and holiday items. Always a surprise ~ fun to shop.

Swanson picked up and sold about half of my household items when I was downsizing. They are so professional and efficient. Nothing was scratched or damaged. I didn't have to do a thing and they wrote me a check. Perfect. Only way to go as far as I am concerned. They got top dollar and it would have taken me months of garage sales to accomplish it. thank you Mike and team!!

Swansons is one of our very favorites. We travel many miles to attend their sales. The folks who work there are wonderful and the place feels like one big human family. We would give them more than 5 stars if that was possible!

I have literally been able to build an eBay business from this company alone. They have been so helpful & kind, courteous & awesome! I truly appreciate how laid back they are, yet they flat get stuff done! Always a pleasure going to their sales! I am very grateful for them!
