MOMS Rentals

These guys have been great to work with. Had a monster project this year that required me to rent multiple excavators and skid steers, on multiple different occasions. MOM’s got me set up right every time and helped right away with my questions. Couldn’t have got the job done without them.

Their CDL/ delivery driver has a HUGE attitude problem. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Would not recommend. I rented a trailer from MOMS rental on a Saturday, I expressed to the lady behind the counter, I would have it back by 7:30 am Monday. The lady behind the counter informed me MOMS didn’t open until 10:00 am on Monday. I called on Monday as I was about to head down; and the gentleman that answered the phone said they were open at 8:00am. I had to stop working for the day, and rush down to drop the trailer off. They charged me for an extra day. Because I was given the wrong information from the lady on Saturday, I missed out a half day of work; and was charged an extra day for the trailer. Decent trailer, but horrible communication.

They do have a bunch of stuff for a small town, but the prices and attitudes here are getting worse every time I visit. If you need a skid steer or a mini Excavator delivered I would recommend going else where. They offered to deliver a skid steer close to town for me at $175 round trip. I called another business in town that rents the same size skid steer at the same price, and their round trip delivery cost was $50. If you don't need delivery, and can look past bad attitudes its not a bad spot to go.

Old man that works the left side of the counter insults everybody that comes in the door. Blames customers for his lack of common skills in a workplace, and freaks out when overwhelmed by more than one customer. Either he is just to mean of a person or just is at the age to retire due to his aggressive mood changes towards paying customers.
