Big shoutout to Caras Property, with the cold weather recently, we had to call in for a maintenance issue. They were quick, responsive and fixed the issue the same day. We appreciate them coming up with a fast solution and would recommend them to anyone looking for rentals in the valley.

Would give zero stars if possible. Horrible experience with them. Refused to fix things. Had missing doors, exposed insulation, half painted walls/ceilings. Spent a day without running water and another day middle of winter without heat. They clearly hid things in the walk through and then refused to do anything after we moved in. Rented for a year and showed up one day after work to a vacant notice without warning. They listed the place for rent at a higher price and we told them we would pay it. They wouldn’t answer our calls or emails about why or give us a reason why we were getting kicked out and refused to renew our lease under their higher price without explanation. Never missed a payment or had any lease violations. Horrible company. Avoid avoid avoid

This was one of the best experiences while trying to rent a place that I have ever had! The Caras Property Management team in Hamilton MT were very professional! They received our inquiry on a house and reached out to us within a few hours! The transaction/lease signing and agreement went so smooth and My lady and I are super blessed and grateful for our new home! Taylor was our agent and she was amazing! Thank you guys so much! We will definitely be going through you in the future and I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a place to go through Caras! You won’t regret it!

I have been working with Taylor at Caras in hamilton since 2019 and I just can’t say enough good things about her! So professional and so incredibly helpful! She really listens to her clients and is quick to get an understanding for their needs which is a lost art these days it seems! Her knowledge of the valley and the relationships she has with the community make her that much more valuable as she knows the market and you feel secure that the rates you’re getting are so fair. She has such a wide clientele of people looking to rent their homes out that she can even anticipate what’s to come and that’s so so so huge! I would use her over and over for rentals and have recommended her services to several people now, we love her!

Taylor and Megan were great to work with during our move from out of state! They were quick to respond to emails/phone calls and were transparent with all information regarding the rental process and properties we had questions on. The process to rent the property was unique due to us living out of state at the time (all virtual communication with a friend doing the walk through for us) but the home is exactly as we expected and there were no surprises. We are very grateful for them and their constant communication making our lives much less stressful during our move!
