Corroborating the reviews left below. Be prepared to have most of your deposit taken away from you as a baseline tax for cleaning/painting/convenience fees, even if you keep the apartment spotless. Pretty shameless.

Came here to talk about the smell in the garage. It has smelled horrible on there for a week straight now DO NOT LIVE HERE

They keep the entire $1,500 deposit claiming it is for cleaning. Stay away from this company

Front office seems very disorganized and lacking professionalism. Setup an appointment, confirmed via email, and no show. Waited for a bit but gave up. Extremely disappointing especially as I had driven 3 hours from San Diego to get here. They did call back later, but I had other appointments.

This location can't be beat, but I wasn't expecting an amazing management team for a newer building. Ashley (property manager) is fabulous - so responsive and always ready to help out. Daniel is very patient and through in resolving any maintenance issues and I appreciate the way that Juan keeps the property clean. I love my apartment (and it comes with a secure parking spot) and all the fantastic restaurant choices within a couple of blocks.
