Sutton Landing at Uniondale - 55+ Apartments

I cannot say enough about the maintenance crew during the snowstorm. They were so amazing and cleared everything out pretty fast and all the sidewalks were clear and safe for us to walk. We moved our cars so they could clear that as well. Everyone responsible for the maintenance and the upkeep of the storm, they were right on top of it an amazing. I rarely attend the events at Sutton Landing but was very happy I did on Friday, 10/24/25 (The Fall Festival)! I truly enjoyed the fellowship, the food, the sip and paint, and the jazz music-totally awesome! I met some really good people that day! I hope meeting them will be the beginning of friendly relationships that will allow me to really call Sutton Landing HOME!! Thank you, Felecia and Jermaine for the creative vision it took to put such an event together!

What a wonderful place. Very clean and the staff is very caring. Their events are amazing. The residence are very friendly with one another.There's a lot of love that shared between each other and all type of ethnic groups. Recreational hall has a pool table, while an exercise room with weights.All types of things. Chess sets backgammon, just a lot to do there. Check the place out.

I’ve been living at Sutton landing for 4 years. I have to say maintenance is great. A part came off of the washing machine came off while doing laundry. I called jamaine and told him what happened. He sent someone right away. Phil and rocky are taking care of the issue right now. Thank you Jamanie Phil and rocky for addressing those issue and for great service👍

Serious Safety Concerns at Sutton Landing – Prospective Renters Beware I never intended to write a negative review, but after dealing with multiple unresolved safety issues and complete apathy from management, I feel compelled to share my experience. Sutton Landing markets itself as a safe and comfortable 55+ community, but my time living here has shown that this is far from reality. The most serious issue I faced was an improperly installed bathroom mirror. Instead of using proper safety fasteners, it was mounted with only glue. One day, the mirror fell from the wall, striking my daughter-in-law on the head and shattering. We had to physically hold it up for over an hour while waiting for emergency maintenance. When they finally arrived, they confirmed the mirror had never been installe
