BlueSky is the property manger at the 12 hotel in midtown"Marriott". We have been trying to get in contact the the "main" manger Sam Kapadia about a fraudulent charge that was made by the hotel of 12k dollars. The hotel staff stated they are holding the funds because they can not get in touch with the original person the contract was with. I would 100% not use them for business as they do not care about retaining guest as well employee as I have been reading on.
It would be terrific if your Long Island Marriott property had hot water. Again and again that is the single point failure that never improves. Guests like me are tired of asking and the hard working staff is tired of hearing it. It makes it difficult to stay here.
