It's been a great experience working with Arbor and I've closed many deals with them over several years. They are always responsive to questions and understand our objectives. The team works hard to find the right financing for our needs on every deal. Arbor has been a big part of our success and growth as a company and always comes up with creative, innovative solutions to get the deal done.

I had a terrible experience with Arbor Realty. I learned as I was driving to a closing on an apartment building they were not going to close. Not only did I lose all the time and money in setting up my deal, they KEPT my significant earnest money deposit. They then immediately sued me so that they could get jurisdiction in their back yard, seeking "declaratory relief" that they didn't have to close the deal. I had to countersue (and won) to get back my deposit and some of my lost costs. I'm a lawyer. Imagine how much they could cost YOU if you can't represent yourself? I see Arbor is now being probed by the Justice Department over its practices. Karma.

We participated in our first Fannie Mae loan with Arbor. Geoffrey Platt guided us through the the entire process from start to finish and assisted us in finding a very competitive rate/term to meet our investment objectives. We will without a doubt be working with Geoffrey and Arbor in the future.
