If you are looking for a great property management company, look no further. As an electrical contractor for over 15 years, I have worked with many property management companies and landlords. In the 8 years I have been working with them, I have personally seen how dedicated they are to their properties and tenants. Sustainable prefers to do and repair things the right way rather than the quick fix to save a few dollars. They are quick to respond to any issues and expect their maintenance team and hired contractors to remedy those issues ASAP.

Absolute slumlords. Their “emergency line” leads straight to the voicemail box and often never goes answered. Caught their contractors entering our apartment multiple times with no notice. Ripped up our kitchen and left dust all over our dishes with no notice. Went into our bedroom closet to access the wet wall with no notice. My husband’s car was broken into multiple times and we could never investigate because the parking lot cameras were “broken” for years. Their contractor for snow plowing damaged my car and they did nothing, and again we couldn’t prove it because they never fixed the cameras. Parking lot would go untreated for snow for days and we would have to dig ourselves out. Laundry machines would be broken for months with no fix despite multiple maintenance requests. They raised

This is my experience with “sustainable comfort” I have been keeping my trash next to my door for 5 days now waiting for them to empty the dumpster. I’m sure they mean well, but the performance isn’t there They came and took the trash from the ground since I submitted my review,but I still don’t have a place to put my trash. My review is still one star at best.

Matt at Sustainable has always been very responsive and professional. They display great communication and when something needs attention or repaired, they send their guys out right away. I'd recommend them to any property owner.

Matt, Ian and the rest of the SCI team have done a phenomenal job managing my properties. I was initially hesitant in handing day to day over but it's been the best decision I've made. The team is responsive, practical, and let's me be as hands on or hands off as I'd like.
