Great Company! My son lived with Vince and Chris for a few years and never had an issue. All of the issues were fixed quickly! I think everybody complaining just wants their deposit back... My son got his full deposit back less than 30 days after Move Out. I would send my other children to Vince!
Cheap in terms of rent and quality. No repairs made (lightbulb outside on the stairs had to be changed by a tenant despite it being a safety hazard), maintenance requests ignored or pushed aside, and a lack of care for his tenants and property shown by owner. None of his properties are as well maintained as they should be because he only cares about making money for himself and not reinvesting into his business.
The worst experience ever. Do not ever go to this place. Vince Demelfi will RIP YOU OFF so bad it's not even funny.
