Buyer/Seller beware of this agency and realtor Shannon. We had offered asking price for a home and was accepted a few days later. We were static and half our all finances in a line as we were putting down a large some for a down payment. Mortgage commitment and appraisal were done in a few days to week. Inspection was ordered and completed within a week. Weird part about the whole process is the sellers would never leave the home ever. Even through our initial showing, weird but ok we loved the house so I could deal with it. Now to the inspection, the homeowner again was at home, he followed the inspector around asking questions about why he was looking at certain things.
