We closed on our house only thanks to my incredible wife. Our "realtor", Tonya, literally did NOTHING. Not one single thing never once saw them through the whole process only at closing so they could get their paycheck. If it wasn't for my wife we probably wouldn't have gotten the house. Inspections weren't being done, realtors did not even speak to each other. My wife had to initiate every conversation and do the paper work and do all the communication. This place was an absolute joke. I lost all respect towards our realtor after this. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION PERIOD. Have also considered suing them for breaching their professional duties, misrepresentation, and negligence. Still considering this.

Marylil was phenomenal to work with on buying my first house! From the initial meeting to understand exactly what was being looked for in a house and location all the way to the walk through and closing, Marylil poured every resource, guiding suggestion, and ounce of her knowledge and experience into making this process as smooth, easy, and fun as it could be.
