My grandson has been living in one of the apartments for about 4 months. He has been able to have his dog there, and Erica, the manager, has worked well with him when it has come to making rent affordable for him. I feel, and have found, that Erica is pleasant and easy to talk to. Keep up the good work Erica.
This place is terrible! When I moved in 4 years ago, my rent was a $187. The next year it jumped up to 306. The next year it jumped up to 507. The next year it jumped up to 662, with an annual rent increase of fifty dollars, which makes $712, and this is a one bedroom dump. When you need things repaired or replaced, it can take months to years.
Can't get a hold of anyone they won't respond to my email and no one picks up the phone plus the mailbox is full. I would love to become a resident but no way for me to contact what do I do?
The place has never looked better management and maintenance do everything in there power to provide the best living experience possible
