Hunters Oak Apartments

Been trying to get a hold of them for months. Calls, emails, anything. No one will get back to me about availability. Fair enough if there aren't any units, but at least respond so I can move on in my search. With management absent, I can't imagine living here is any less frustrating. Do better. They tried to respond to THIS REVIEW with "didn't get any calls/voicemails under this name". 😑😒 It's a username, sweet cheeks. Didn't your mama teach you to not put any of your personal information on the internet? And to be clear, I called the numbers provided on Google, Zillow, and one other renter app and was sure to call the hours you guys had listed as open. I had a horrible experience. I applied and got accepted the 2nd week of May 2025. I was told the person was moving out at the end of May. They were putting fresh paint, new floors and a brand new washer and dryer for me. I was told I would be able to move in the end of June. There was no form of communication since the 2nd week of May. I called 10+ times and left 4 voicemails in 2 weeks. I texted Kylie and asked when a move in date was, and I was told corporate called yesterday and denied me? Even though I was approved through everything and was told what apartment I was going to move into. What a joke! Highly do not recommend.

I had a great experience with the property manager, Kilie, at this property! She was punctual and very precise during the lease and showing of the unit. She actually came in on her day off to show me the unit which is so considerate and kind due to my own schedule. This property is clean and nice overall. A great property manager makes it even better!

Currently renting for a year now and going to be renewing my lease, would give it a 5 star but for someone like me on my own even with a cat the rent is a bit too high. The rent would make sense if there were two people with an income. It’s almost like they are going off my co-signers income instead of mine. I make less than my co-signer(who doesn’t live with me) and I get paid every two weeks so only occasionally do I get paid three times a month and even then I’m kinda struggling but managing to pay the rent on time even though it takes most of my one paycheck and then end up taking the other one as well for the other month as it comes up and then getting paid so many days after that rent is taken. Absolutely love it, the management was Great Trish made me feel very welcomed and at home. She was very informative and kept me updated step by step all the way up toy move-in day. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone eligible to live here.
