Awesome experience. The staff kept us informed through the entire process and were able to get our mortgage completed when traditional banking didn't even want to consider it due to the property needing a roof. We were at closing while the roof was being replaced!! Last night we enjoyed the Northern Lights reflecting off our pond at our new home! Couldn't ask for a better outcome!
