Every time I've had a maintenance request they've been quick to respond and fix the issue. They give ample heads up when they are doing maintenance or making improvements, which I appreciate. Everyone in their office/on their maintenance team is super friendly and welcoming!

I’ve live here for 2 years. Within those 2 years, I have had 2 bikes stolen while locked up. The area is full of theft and my roommate and I highly advise against living here. Both times we have reported it to the community and they have responded with “our cameras were down. We can’t do anything.”. I highly advise against living here. Jax beach is getting worse with theft and this community does nothing to protect it. They offer a “bike cage” but both times I’ve been down there, the door is unlocked and easily accessible for a thieve. I wish you the best of luck and keep everything in your house. The area is getting worse over time and there is no care to make it better. Look elsewhere for a safe and secure facility to keep your family and belongings safe. This community clearly doesn’t c
