Josh Phelps is amazing. We had major issue with the VA appraiser and our own realtor and he went to bat for us. He worked on Christmas Eve for us and took over when our own realtor decided to stop helping. We can’t recommend him enough.

Josh Phelps is very unprofessional. Cuts corners to line his pockets at the cost of making your wallet lighter. Next time I will be working with Michael Phelps to close my home

If i could give Josh 0 stars i would. Incredibly unprofessional. Will cut corners to get a loan through. Do not use if this is your first time buying a home he will take advantage of you to benefit himself

First off I have to say I came to this place because someone referred me here because my credit is not the greatest so I already feel awful and then after applying to be pre approved Shawn Brewer never got back to me. So I messaged him and he said he would contact me after his meeting well needless to say I had to call the next day and then he proceeded to tell me he’s to busy for people like me so I will not be using this company EVER!!!! He told me he doesn’t repair credit and I told him I never asked him to repair my credit I was simply just applying to see if I could get approved.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our process was a nightmare, and Josh was extremely unprofessional and rude on more than one occasion - not just to us, but our realtor, as well. Definitely NOT the way you engage with customers and colleagues. There were countless mistakes made on his part and we were misled throughout the process. We asked for transparency and did not receive it.
