Quiet, clean community managed by a lady that takes her job seriously. Maintenance is quick and on their game. And, they particularly understand the needs of the military service members and their housing needs. Excellent place to live!

I'm so very pleased with the service I received from the office manager princess and the rest of her team. She is obviously an experienced manager. Dealing with me and multiple Walk in at the same time without missing a beat. She made everything so smooth and easy. Never resting until my application was completed. I even got a tour of my apartment multitasking is not easy but for princess it seems second nature.she is one of the best customer facing representatives I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I wish more managers were as focused and customer oriented as princess. What an amazing human. I hope you are paying her enough because I certainly don't want to be in the apartment complex without her beautiful face and personality.

This is my first apartment I have ever rented and my experience could not have gone better anyplace else (according to my family and friends as well). The management is top tier. They are friendly and professional! Brett went beyond to ensure that I was set on my move in by advising me on how to set up utilities and Princess always makes sure to answer any questions that I have. The team work between Brett and Princess is clear and makes speaking with management less challenging. The maintenance here is also polite and very professional! What I enjoy about the apartment as well is that so many stores and restaurants are less than a 10 minute drive away from all directions.
